Christmas is just around the corner and it is time to start planning for your holiday decor! This year the New Liskeard BIA will have a Christmas Tree theme to decorate our beautiful BIA area. Please join us by participating in the Christmas Tree theme decor. Be as creative as possible and showcase your business this holiday season!
Festival of Lights
The Festival of Lights will be held on November 25, 2011 from 6:00pm-9:00pm. We invite the public out for music at the Cenotaph, a visit from Santa, and free cookies. There is also horse drawn wagon rides, carolers, access to the Christmas Market and the Horne Granite Centre will be hosting a social. The Mayor of Temiskaming Shores will officially turn on the lights at 7:00pm.

Please check out our photos of 2011 Summerfest posted under our Events section. Our stores reported great success with their sidewalk sales and was a great family fun experience. We are looking forward to working with all of our BIA members to plan Summerfest 2012 and make it the best one yet!
We are Back!! After a short absence, the BIA website is up and running again! The new BIA Board is committed to serving the merchants of our downtown area and they look forward to working with everyone to ensure that our downtown thrives and prospers.
A big thank you to Aileen Taylor of our Beautification Committee, for organizing the beautiful corn stalks for fall decoration. Aileen and her team of volunteers did a wonderful job both constructing and putting up the stunning stalks. Great Job!
