Summerfest
Summerfest is a celebration of our vibrant downtown community. During Summerfest the downtown core streets of Armstong and Whitewood are closed to traffic, and opened to the public. Downtown business welcome to put out sidewalk sales and run events to promote their business and the community. There is also live music, performers, side walk artists and buskers.

Festival of Lights
The Festival of Lights will be held on November 25, 2011 from 6:00pm-9:00pm. We invite the public out for music at the Cenotaph, a visit from Santa, and free cookie. There is also horse drawn wagon rides, carolers, access to the Christmas Market and the Horne Granite Centre will be hosting an open house.
